Stable Isotopes Analyses

An extended program of stable isotope analyses of archaeobotanical material, animal and human bones, which aims to study the farming and dietary practices during the Bronze Age, was carried out within the framework of "The Agricultural Origins of Urban Civilization" Project. The Project was funded by the European Research Council, under the supervision of Amy Bogaard, professor of the University of Oxford.
