Building A is the only entirely uncovered complex. It is approximately 200 m2 and includes at least 16 spaces. One of these spaces, A12, is very elongated. It opens southward and it is assumed that it constituted a passage and the main entrance to the building and the individual rooms which were respectively arranged on either side of the passage.

The optimum image of the building and of the activities occurring in the interior is compiled on the basis of data from phase 4 (1300-1150 BC) of the settlement of Toumba. Evidence of different activities have been detected in the areas of Building A. It is possible, during this phase, to reconstruct the range of activities occurring in each individual room of the complex to a considerable degree, through the study of pottery, storage methods and of the arrangement of artifacts discovered in the interior.

Areas A5, A10 and A8 have been identified as storerooms. In these rooms, the presence of storage jars, baskets and clay silos is characteristic. It appears that items related to metalwork (area A10) and metallic or other items of ornamentation (rings, beads, etc) were stashed away (area A5) concurrently to the storage of food in storage jars. In area A5, large quantities of decorated pottery seem to have been stored as well.
